Higher Learning Research Communications (HLRC, ISSN: 2157-6254 [Online]) is published collaboratively by Walden University (USA), Universidad Andrés Bello (Chile), Universidad Europea de Madrid (Spain) and Istanbul Bilgi University (Turkey). Author Biography

HLRC Editor
Dr. Thalia N. Nazario currently serves as Director for Research and Accountability at the Laureate Network Office, as well as Managing Editor for the HLRC Journal. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, in Languages and Literature in Spanish, English and French, and has studied Italian, Portuguese and Catalonian as well. Nazario has graduate studies in Writing for Mass Media Communications and in Applied Research in Gender and Citizenship studies, and in addition holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence, Cum Laude. For the past decade, she has worked as a legal researcher, legislative advocate, translator, editor, technical writer, publishing consultant and communications specialist in various industries, including technology, law, banking, government, higher education, and human rights and non-profit organizations.
